  20+ years of engineering leadership across complex technical environments. Leads technical diligence, sets engineering standards, drives quality assurance and delivers operational problem-solving that supports smooth integration across acquired businesses.

• Luke Sartain

  Operations / Technology

  Founder and operator with over 15 years of experience building and scaling businesses in the UK. Luke currently leads a Bristol-based technology company he founded and grew to a team of 25, backed by more than 70 UK private investors with over £20m raised, and holding ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certifications. Before that he founded and ran a digital marketing agency, working closely with owner-managed businesses across trades and services — an experience that shaped his understanding of what founders value when they hand over something they've spent decades building. His focus at Silvercrest is bringing operational rigour and modern technology to established mechanical and building services companies without losing what made them successful, in the firm belief that the best acquisitions protect the team, the customer relationships and the founder's legacy while giving the business the capital and tools to grow. Luke lives near Bristol with his family.
